Webasto DP42 is an in-line fuel metering pump used on many factory and retrofit auxiliary heaters. It delivers accurately dosed fuel pulses from the tank to the heater burner and is designed for both air heaters (Air Top 2000 STC, Air Top Evo 40/55) and water heaters (Thermo Top Evo, Thermo Pro 50/90). This unit corresponds to Webasto reference WOS 9019847C / TM8860 and replaces earlier numbers such as 9031364A, 9039917 and 1322839A used across various vehicle platforms, including Mercedes-Benz Actros, VW Passat / Golf, Peugeot Expert and Toyota Proace where Webasto heaters are installed. The pump operates on 12V or 24V depending on the heater configuration and is suitable for diesel or petrol systems as specified in the heater manual. Before purchase, match all part numbers (DP42, WOS 9019847C, TM8860 and heater model) with your existing pump and heater documentation; this pump must not be used with Thermo Top V heaters, in line with Webasto recommendations. Being a used original part that was tested on the vehicle prior to removal, it is a cost-effective replacement for a failed or noisy pump on trucks, vans, buses, campers or boats equipped with Webasto DP42-based systems.
