Every donor you see on this page is a real vehicle dismantled in our yard in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex – not a stock photo.

We specialise in long-haul tractor units and rigid chassis from:

By breaking complete vehicles rather than loose salvage, we can offer you tested OEM parts with a fully traceable origin.

  1. MAN TGX 2022 – MX64 KCO

    Modern Euro 6 MAN TGX tractor from a UK fleet, ideal for customers running the latest generation MAN.

Typical parts you can expect:

  • Complete cab shell and cab panels
  • Interior trim, dashboard and wiring looms
  • Fuel tanks, steps, catwalks and chassis components
  • ECAS and braking components, air tanks and valves

  1. Volvo FH4 Euro 6 – 2014
    Early Euro 6 Volvo FH4 long-haul tractor, a very common workhorse across UK and EU fleets.

    Late MAN TGX tractor, ideal if you need matching panels, mirrors or interior for 2020-on fleets.
  • Exterior: bumpers, steps, side skirts (where still in stock)
  • Interior: seats, trim, overhead lockers and dash sections
  • Mechanical: fuel and AdBlue tanks, brackets, air tanks, ECAS components

    Modern Actros MP4 Euro 6 tractor, very popular with UK and EU hauliers.

Why We Show Our Donor Trucks

Listing the vehicles we dismantle is not only about marketing – it is about transparency and compatibility.

  • You know exactly what truck your part comes from.
  • It is easier to match specification (Euro class, cab type, year of manufacture).
  • Fleet operators can mirror their own vehicles: “I need this part from the 2017 DAF XF donor” instead of guessing from generic photos.
  • Technicians can see real photos from our yard, not catalogue images.

We regularly add new MAN TGX/TGS, Mercedes-Benz Actros, DAF XF and Volvo FH/FH4 trucks to the programme as fleets renew their vehicles. Stock rotates quickly, so if you run one of these models, it is worth checking with us even if you do not see your exact truck listed.

What Parts We Typically Salvage

From each donor we remove and grade as many reusable components as possible, including:

  • Cab & interior: seats, bunks, dashboards, lockers, trim panels, door cards
  • Exterior & body: bumpers, wings, doors, mirrors, sunvisors, steps, side skirts
  • Chassis & suspension: springs, air bags, ECAS valves, axles, fifth wheels, tanks and brackets
  • Driveline: gearboxes, propshafts, differentials (subject to testing and availability)
  • Cooling & intake: radiators, intercoolers, pipework and mounting hardware
  • Electronics & safety systems: ECUs, sensors, wiring looms, instrument clusters and switch packs

Every part is visually inspected, function-tested where possible, graded (A/B/C) and labelled with the truck it came from.

How to Request Parts From a Donor Truck

If you see a donor that matches your truck, you have three options:

  • Use the search box and look up your part by OEM number.
  • Browse categories (for example “Cab Parts”, “Suspension”, “Interior”) and use the filters.
  • Contact us by phone or email with:

    • Truck make and model (e.g. MAN TGX 2021)
    • Registration or VIN if available (e.g. DK17 KLL, MX64 KCO)
    • Part description and OEM number from your own vehicle where possible

Our team will check live stock on the shelves as well as parts currently being stripped from the donor. If a specific item has already been sold, we can often suggest alternatives from other trucks or add your request to our wanted list for future dismantling.

Sustainability and Second Life for Trucks

By dismantling modern Euro 6 trucks and putting their OEM parts back into service, we help fleets reduce downtime and repair costs while avoiding the environmental impact of manufacturing a brand-new component.   • Euro VI is the current European emissions standard for new heavy-duty trucks and significantly tightens limits on NOx and particulate matter compared with previous stages, so Euro 6/VI donor vehicles offer modern, low-emission technology.
