Genuine MAN/ZKW front left headlight assembly suitable for MAN TGS and TGX trucks. This is a complete 24V headlamp with integrated daytime running light (LED strip) and electric beam levelling. The unit carries ZKW label number 640.53.000.03 and MAN part number 81.25101-6671, which cross‑references MAN 81251016671, 81251016511, 81251016695 and 81251016757. The lamp uses H7/H7 main and dipped beam bulbs, PY21W indicator and LED DRL as confirmed by the housing label and aftermarket catalogues.

The headlight was removed from a donor truck and fully tested on the vehicle before dismantling; all functions (low beam, high beam, indicator, DRL and electric levelling) worked correctly at 24V.
