Description:
Genuine MAN fuel level sensor / fuel tank sender unit removed from a MAN heavy duty truck. OEM reference 81272016082 (MAN 81.27201-6082 / 81.27203-6019, MAN 81272036019) widely used on MAN TGA, TGX and TGS models around Euro 3–Euro 5. The unit combines a suction pick-up and return with integrated level sender for the diesel fuel tank. Aluminium guide tubes support the float and protect the wiring, with a plastic head that locates in the tank via bayonet mounting and seals with a tank gasket. Two hose outlets and a multi-pin electrical connector provide the interface to the vehicle fuel and electrical systems.

This used sensor has been checked on the donor vehicle before removal and verified for correct level indication and stable output signal. After dismantling it was visually inspected, cleaned from loose contamination and checked for damage to the tubes, head, electrical connector and hose ports. No cracks, deformation or corrosion that would affect operation were observed. Only light cosmetic wear, surface marks on the aluminium tubes and typical discolouration on the lower strainer are present. Electrical connector and plastic body are intact. Supplied as shown in the photos – sensor body only; tank seal, mounting ring and hoses are not included and should be reused from your existing assembly or replaced with new parts during installation.
