Ordering used OEM truck parts from VRA Truckparts is simple:
find the right part → add it to your basket → choose delivery and pay securely.
This page explains each step in detail so workshops, fleets and owner-drivers can order with confidence.
1. Find the right part
If you already know which system you are working on, you can start by browsing our Lorry/Truck Parts catalogue – from Brakes & Brake Parts + Suspension & Steering to Lighting + Glass + Exterior, Body & Frame or Interior. Each category groups compatible items to make ordering faster.
You can find parts in several ways.
a) Search by OEM / part number
This is the most accurate method.
- Enter the OEM / part number in the search bar at the top of the site.
- Try different formats: with or without spaces, with dashes, with leading zeros.
- If the part has supersessions or alternative numbers, try those as well.
Each product page is built around:
- the main OEM number,
- additional cross-reference / supersession numbers,
- clear photos of the label or casting so you can compare it with your own part.
b) Search by truck brand and model
If you do not have the part number, you can browse by truck make and model:
- go to the relevant brand / model category (e.g. Volvo FH4, MAN TGX, DAF XF106, Mercedes Actros MP4);
- narrow down by part type such as Cab parts, Interior, Engine, Electronics, Suspension and others;
- use filters where available (brand, part type, condition, etc.).
c) Use photos to double-check
Every listing shows real photographs of the actual item you will receive:
- full views from several angles;
- close-ups of the OEM label and manufacturer logo;
- connectors, mounting points, brackets and ports;
- any visible defects or wear.
Before ordering, compare:
- the overall shape of the part;
- connector positions and pin layout;
- mounting lugs and brackets;
- the side and position (LH/RH, Front/Rear, Inner/Outer).
If you are still unsure, you can contact us and send photos of your original part for comparison.
2. Review the product page carefully
When you open a product page, check the following:
- OEM / part numbers – main and alternative references;
- Donor vehicle details – make, model, year, Euro class where available;
- Condition and grading – description of cosmetic and functional condition, including any marks or damage;
- What is included – the main unit and all items visible in the photos (brackets, plugs, caps, etc.).
If a specific component shown in the pictures is critical for you (e.g. a bracket or connector cover) and it is not explicitly mentioned, contact us and we will confirm whether it is included.
3. Add to basket and use one-page checkout
a) Add items to your basket
- Open the product page and click “Add to cart” / “Add to basket”.
- The cart icon in the header shows the number of items and the current total.
- Go to the cart page – in the Seller theme this is combined with checkout in a single screen using Shop-Script’s in-cart mode.
In the cart you can:
- change quantities;
- remove items;
- return to the catalogue to add more parts.
b) One-page checkout (Seller + Shop-Script)
VRA Truckparts uses the modern one-page checkout provided by Webasyst Shop-Script. All order details are shown on a single page so you can review and edit everything without going through multiple steps.
On the checkout page you will see:
- Contact details
- full name or company name;
- email (for confirmation and tracking);
- phone number (for courier contact).
- Shipping method
Based on your address and the weight of the order, the system shows available delivery options (Evri, DPD, DHL where applicable) with prices and estimated delivery times.
- Payment method
Select online card payment via Global Payments.
- Order comment (optional)
Use this field if you want to add:
- your internal workshop or fleet reference;
- special delivery instructions;
- VIN or registration number for reference.
When everything is filled in, click “Place order” / “Confirm & pay”.
You will be redirected to the secure Global Payments page to complete the payment.
4. Pay securely with Global Payments
Online payments on this website are processed by Global Payments, a leading provider of secure ecommerce payment solutions.
Global Payments allows us to:
- accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others supported by your bank);
- process payments through a secure encrypted gateway;
- support online payments via a hosted payment page, as well as payments by link or virtual terminal for phone orders.
Your card details are entered on Global Payments’ secure page and are not stored on our website.
5. Delivery options: Evri, DPD, DHL
We work with well-known courier companies so you can choose the right balance between price and speed.
Evri
Evri is one of the UK’s largest parcel delivery companies, handling hundreds of millions of parcels each year and offering services across the UK and to over 200 countries and territories.
We typically use Evri for:
- cost-effective UK deliveries;
- standard-sized parcels;
- orders where price is more important than maximum speed.
Evri shipments include tracking, and you receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
DPD
DPD is part of Geopost and is known for fast, reliable parcel delivery with detailed tracking. DPD handles millions of parcels per day and offers domestic next-day and international services, with live tracking tools for customers.
DPD is ideal when:
- you need faster delivery;
- you want very precise tracking updates;
- you are shipping more valuable or time-critical items.
DHL
For some international destinations and specific shipments we may use DHL, a global courier recognised for international parcel delivery and customs handling. DHL is suited for:
- orders outside the UK and EU where available;
- shipments where transit time and visibility are critical;
- heavier or oversized items when the service is offered for your route.
At checkout, you will simply see the delivery options available for your address, with prices and estimated delivery times, and you can choose the option that fits your needs.
6. Ordering by phone or e-mail

- We will confirm availability, price and delivery options.
- For payment we can:
- send you a secure payment link powered by Global Payments, or
- process a card payment by phone using the Global Payments virtual terminal for card-not-present transactions.
