The Other Brake Parts category brings together electronic and pneumatic brake control components that do not fit into calipers, lines, chambers, air tanks or air dryers. Here you will find EBS modulators, ABS relay valves, trailer control valves, main brake valves, foot brake valves, brake ECUs and other brake control parts for modern European trucks.
Most stock in this section comes from late-model MAN TGX/TGS Euro 6, DAF XF106/CF Euro 6, Volvo FH4/FM4 Euro 6 and Mercedes Actros/Axor/Arocs. Typical examples include WABCO and Knorr-Bremse EBS axle modulators, EBS3 ECUs, trailer control valves, ABS relay valves, pressure limiting valves and complete foot brake valves removed from working donor vehicles.
Stock changes as we dismantle more vehicles, but this category typically includes:
Each listing shows OEM part numbers, WABCO/Knorr-Bremse references, voltage, connector type and clear photos of the ports and mounting face so you can compare them with the parts fitted on your truck.
In an electronic braking system (EBS), the modulator valves sit between the air tanks and the brake chambers. The EBS ECU receives input from the brake pedal, wheel speed sensors and other signals and then commands the modulators to apply precise air pressure at each axle. This allows fast, balanced braking and integration with ABS, traction control and stability functions.
Trailer control valves and relay valves distribute and adjust pressure to trailer circuits or individual axles, while pressure limiting valves protect downstream components by capping the maximum pressure in specific lines. Together, these components are critical for safe, predictable braking performance on heavy trucks and tractor–trailer combinations.
Most parts in this category are genuine OEM components originally fitted to:
These are designed to work with OEM air brake and suspension systems and often share common WABCO or Knorr-Bremse part numbers across several brands. Used units are a cost-effective way to repair a fault, replace a damaged valve or keep older trucks in service without compromising on safety.
Because EBS/ABS components are system-critical, selecting the correct part is essential. Before ordering, always check:
If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN or registration number plus clear photos of the current part and its labels. Our team can help cross-check compatibility and recommend a suitable replacement. For general advice, see How to Find the Right Part and Compatibility & VIN Policy.
Some EBS modulators, ECUs and trailer control valves may require programming, calibration or basic settings after installation, especially on newer trucks. We always recommend that brake control parts are fitted by a professional workshop with suitable diagnostic equipment (for example OEM or WABCO/Knorr-Bremse tools) so the system can be checked for stored fault codes, air leaks and correct operation before the vehicle returns to service.

Where possible, we run and test donor trucks before dismantling to confirm that the EBS/ABS system builds and holds pressure correctly without active warning lights. During removal, our technicians inspect each valve or modulator for obvious damage, broken connectors, corrosion and stripped threads. Units that do not meet our standards are rejected; only usable OEM parts are cleaned, labelled and stored under cover in our warehouse.
Because we specialise in used OEM truck parts, you benefit from components that match your original system and are designed to work reliably in heavy-duty commercial applications. You can learn more about our processes on Our Dismantling & Quality Process and Warranty & Part Condition.
